This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $20.11 - $22.10 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications. Application review begins immediately, and the role may be filled prior to the final closing date of August 31, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Maintain customer relationships by providing accurate quotes and efficiently fulfilling orders.
- Track orders and manage backorders.
- Process invoices and resolve shipment issues.
- Ensure accuracy through collaboration with expediting personnel.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent.
- Prior experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or parts-related role.
- Previous experience with SAP or a similar software.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States of America.
- Proficient in the English language.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree or certification in supply chain management or similar field.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking and management tools.
- Experience coordinating international shipments and communicating with foreign suppliers.
