Spare Parts Customer Service Specialist

TEKsystems is supporting a manufacturing client in Swedesboro, NJ to hire a Customer Support Specialist for their spare parts department. This role involves order processing and providing product information to customers. Strong communication skills and technical experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries about spare parts and products
• Preparation of spare part quotations
• Taking orders from customers and processing through ERP system
• Following up on delivery times and order status
• Invoicing customers and updating account information
• Locating spare parts in electrical and mechanical drawings
• Keeping track of warranty parts to be returned
• Checking service/trip reports from engineers for requirements
• Supporting purchasing and After-Sales by executing various administrative duties

Requirements

• Customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to read blueprints
• Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred
• Experience working with machines highly preferred

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Fully on-site position in Swedesboro, NJ
• Contract-to-hire

Pay

The pay range for this position is $24.00/hour. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
