About the role
EAM-Mosca Corp., a market leader in end-of-line automated packaging machinery and consumable strapping solutions, seeks a Service Parts Specialist to support field technicians by managing parts inventory and fulfilling orders.
Responsibilities
- Maintain proper parts inventory in all Service vans and One Service B kits by reconciling service consumption, replenishment, and backorders based on established Hi/ Low levels.
- Fulfill parts orders on demand as the technician places orders for service repairs, warranty, and emergency work.
- Create AS400 parts quotes at the request of Service technicians and/or Managers.
- Create Return Authorization for any warranty-related parts orders, auditing inventory, finalizing RA documentation, and identifying outstanding RA.
- Keep track of all-Service related backorders.
- Maintain internal service inventory of uniforms, tools, and electronic specialty tools; set High/Low limits; place orders for new hires and service techs.
- Maintain and prepare new van part kits for new hires as the company grows and adds new territories.
- Conduct annual audits of all Service Part locations, working with techs and accounting to physically audit locations.
- Research parts availability in multiple EAM locations, including Canada and Mexico, and make necessary arrangements to acquire these parts through the provided systems.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in field service organization
- A degree or equivalent experience in lieu of education
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused, high-pressure environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize urgent and routine tasks
- Experience working with ERP systems like AS400, SAP
- Knowledge of Service Management organizations and parts systems
- Understanding of basic principles of Supply chain management
- Superb time management and detail orientation
- Ability to keep company information confidential
- Experience using Microsoft 360 Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
