You won’t just quote parts; you’ll provide technical solutions that minimize downtime for world-class injection molding and automation systems. Responsibilities
- Customer Advocacy: Decipher technical inquiries using ENGEL databases (BOMs, schematics, and drawings) to provide accurate, high-speed solutions.
- Data Integrity: Master CRM and ERP interfaces to manage the end-to-end quote lifecycle, ensuring no lead or inquiry falls through the cracks.
- Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate with our global supply chain to navigate logistics and provide customers with the most cost-effective, timely delivery options.
