About the role
FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapist to serve the Huntington Park area. The Physical Therapist will assess and evaluate patient care needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patient care needs
- Develop and execute treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records
- Recognize and modify treatment plans as needed
Requirements
- Remarkable knowledge of physical therapy principles and methods
- Great skills in providing a variety of treatments
- Profound ability to communicate both written and orally
- Exceptional ability to understand the role of therapy in various contexts
- Proven sound clinical reasoning
- Bilingual advantage
Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license and registration by the state
- Completion of a Physical Therapist curriculum approved by APTA, AMA, or AMHA
- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
- Ability to recognize and modify treatment plans as needed
- Proven clinical reasoning skills
