Job Summary
Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team! As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. You will work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans, collect data, and document client progress. If you're RBT-certified, that's a plus, but not required! Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings
- Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect data and document client progress
- Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
- Communicate with families and supervisors effectively
Requirements
- English/Spanish bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
- RBT certification a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Ability to pass background checks

Pay
- BT Rate: $22-$25/hour
- RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$35/hour
