Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist - Spanish)

Role: Behavior Technician (BT) at an ABA therapy agency dedicated to high-quality, ethical, and individualized services for children and families. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in‑home, in school, and community settings.Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans.Collect data and document client progress accurately. Qualifications & Skills Passion and compassion for working with children and families.Ability to work closely with a supervising BCBA.RBT certification is a plus, but not required.Strong communication and documentation skills. Key Duties Provide individualized ABA therapy tailored to each client.Maintain detailed records of client progress.Support client development in various settings, ensuring ethical and high-quality care.
