About the role

Join an ABA therapy agency dedicated to high-quality, ethical, and individualized services for children and families as a Behavior Technician (BT).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans.
• Collect data and document client progress accurately.
• Provide individualized ABA therapy tailored to each client.
• Maintain detailed records of client progress.
• Support client development in various settings, ensuring ethical and high-quality care.

Requirements

• Passion and compassion for working with children and families.
• Ability to work closely with a supervising BCBA.
• RBT certification is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
