Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist-Spanish)

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families in Toms River, New Jersey.

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. You will work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans, collect data, and document client progress. RBT certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and document client progress
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Requirements

• English/Spanish bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
• RBT certification a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Ability to pass background checks

Pay

• BT Rate: $22-$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$28/hour
