Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily embroidery, sewing, assembly, and finishing operations
- Manage and lead a production team of approximately 20 employees
- Monitor productivity, quality standards, and operational efficiency
- Cook up production schedules and workflow planning to reduce material shortages and delays
- Partner with customer service and sales teams to resolve product and quality issues
- Act as the subject matter expert for banner and flag manufacturing processes
- Maintain a safe, organized, and deadline-driven production environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the embroidery or textile manufacturing industry
- Previous experience supervising or managing production teams of 20+ employees
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong understanding of sewing, assembly, and textile finishing operations
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and material flow coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Experience
- Background in flag, banner, signage, or custom textile manufacturing
- Experience improving production efficiency and reducing workflow bottlenecks
- Hands-on management style with strong floor leadership presence
