Spanish Licensed Health Insurance Agent
About the role
MCI is seeking a Spanish-speaking Licensed Health Insurance Agent. This position provides exceptional service to clients, assists with health insurance inquiries, and guides customers through the process of selecting and enrolling in health plans. Key responsibilities include providing information about healthcare options and insurance policies, helping customers choose appropriate policies, engaging with customers to understand their requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, delivering high-quality service, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate customer information, keeping up-to-date with changes in regulations, promoting insurance products, resolving customer concerns, working with other team members, and participating in training.
- Deep understanding of health insurance products
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and efficiently in Spanish
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Healthcare Insurance License
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Capable of functioning efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable in completing assignments and maintaining attendance
Requirements
- A wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds (wireless connections are not allowed)
- Two 21" monitors are needed
- A hard-wired broadband Internet connection via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic is required (wireless connections, including encrypted ones, are not allowed for accessing the client's Work at Home systems)
- You must provide your own headset
Qualifications
- Highly motivated and dedicated
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Healthcare Insurance License
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
