Spanish Licensed Health Insurance Agent
About the role
MCI is seeking a Spanish-speaking Licensed Health Insurance Agent. This role involves providing exceptional service to clients, assisting with health insurance inquiries, and guiding customers through the process of selecting and enrolling in health plans. Key responsibilities include providing information about healthcare options and insurance policies, helping customers choose appropriate policies, responding to customer inquiries, and promoting insurance products.
- Deep understanding of health insurance products
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and efficiently in Spanish
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Healthcare Insurance License
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Capable of functioning efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable in completing assignments and maintaining attendance
Qualifications
- A wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Two 21" monitors
- A hard-wired broadband Internet connection via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic
- Wireless connections, including encrypted ones, are not allowed for accessing the client's Work at Home systems
- You must provide your own headset
