Spanish Interpreter – Early Intervention Services

Location: Zumbro Education District (ZED) in Kasson, Minnesota and surrounding service area

ZED is an education district serving six member districts—Byron, Blooming Prairie, Hayfield, Kasson‑Mantorville, Stewartville, and Triton. Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and confidential Spanish‑English interpretation during Early Intervention Services.
• Interpret in homes, schools, childcare settings, and community locations within the service area as needed.
• Facilitate clear communication between families and service providers during evaluations, home visits, meetings, and other early intervention activities.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Pay

Hourly rate starting at $30 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time position with varying hours and duty days throughout the year.
