About the role
Positive Development is a leading provider of developmental care, offering a supportive environment for both clients and employees. We are constantly expanding to serve more families and are currently seeking qualified Developmental Paraprofessionals (DPPs).
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews via video to assess candidates' suitability and skills.
- Participate in clinical interviews to evaluate personality fit and cohesion with the team.
- Guide candidates through case-based scenarios to test their ability to handle various situations.
- Enroll candidates in the New Hire Training (NHT) course and provide ongoing support.
- Match candidates with clients based on availability and compatibility.
Requirements
- Availability to work flexible, part-time hours.
