The Spanish Customer Service Agent position is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a strong command of the Spanish language.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email in Spanish
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer issues
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on customer issues until resolution
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of patience and empathy
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer service preferred but not required
