The Spanish Customer Service Agent position is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a strong command of the Spanish language.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email in Spanish
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer issues
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Fluency in Spanish
