Description
This position is #hybrid on-site 3 days a week in Rogers, AR. You will develop and maintain retail planograms and modulars that optimize shelf space, support category growth, and drive sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide space planning, modular development, and section merchandising support for assigned categories and customers.
- Analyze financial and category performance data to deliver actionable space-related insights at both the account and market level.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of client-specific reporting that measures performance against business strategies and objectives.
- Develop and maintain modulars and planograms that meet customer and client visual merchandising standards, while optimizing shelf space and supporting growth for Acosta-represented brands.
- Lead meetings with Business Managers and clients to discuss category strategies, space opportunities, customer needs, and upcoming projects.
- Maintain and update all assigned modulars, planograms, and space management solutions for designated categories and customers.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of data sources, analyses, and deliverables, collaborating with Business Intelligence teams and external data and technology partners as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (related work experience may be substituted for the educational requirement).
- 1+ years of related work experience.
- Advanced degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI would be a strong asset.
- Experience with space management tools (such as Blue Yonder/JDA, Apollo, or Spaceman) is required.
- Clearly and concisely communicate relevant information to work with team members and internal and external clients effectively.
- Identify and leverage relevant data to diagnose situations and identify potential solutions.
- Effectively and independently conduct data mining utilizing CPG math to clearly and concisely communicate relevant information.
