Responsibilities

• Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests
• Warmly greet customers by name
• Call and text warm leads in our sales CRM (expectation is for 20 calls made each shift)
• Understand and speak to the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy
• Sell memberships and earn commissions
• Use MindBody software to manage appointments and make sales
• Give each new guest a studio tour
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Requirements

• Willingness to clean saunas
• Passion for health and wellness
• Ability to work an active job that keeps you on your feet
• Comfortable making calls to leads to set up appointments
• Availability to report for shifts at 6:30 AM, as well as evenings and/or weekends
• Ability to commute easily to West William Cannon Drive near MoPac
• Punctual, reliable, and friendly
• Comfortable with the sales process both in-person and over the phone
• Positive attitude and can-do mindset
• Flexible availability to fill shifts

Experience You'll Gain

• Sales & customer service experience in a spa or health/wellness setting
• Proficiency in MindBody Online, Axle CRM, Homebase
• Knowledge of the science behind IR, Red Light Therapy, and chromotherapy

Pay

$17/hour + commission to start

Schedule

• 15-20 hours per week
• Shifts available:
  • AM Shift (approx 6:30 AM - 1:30 PM, M-F)
  • PM Shift (approx 2 PM - 9:15 PM, M-F)
  • Weekend Shifts (7:30 AM - 1 PM, 1 PM - 7:15 PM)
