Responsibilities
- Exemplary guest service in Spa reservations
- Provide Spa and resort information
- Tour the spa, pool and fitness facility
- Handle Spa guest check in and out procedures
- Coordinate all spa departments for a seamless guest experience
- Be knowledgeable about Club Topnotch Memberships
- Aid in Retail Sales
- Maintain the juice bar, lounge and pool areas
- Liaise with all resort departments for a heightened guest experience
- Maintain physical standards of the spa facility
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven track record resolving guest problems and expediting solutions
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
- Professional, calm, unhurried demeanor
- Flexible work schedule - Full time/Part time available
