About the role
As a Spa Receptionist at Villa Haven, you will be the first point of contact for spa guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and efficient spa experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome and ensure a smooth spa experience for guests.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure accurate and timely booking of spa services using a computerised system.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members via phone, email, and in person.
- Organize and maintain accurate records of guest information and bookings.
- Adapt to a remote island setting and tropical climate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional education in hospitality, spa management, or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a computerised booking system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with spa management software (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
