About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling check-in/check-out procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and reconciliation of accounts.
- Oversee the inventory management of room supplies and amenities.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation systems.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of local area attractions and events.
Skills
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- Experience with hotel reservation systems such as PMS (Property Management System).
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and policies.

Pay
$18 - $20 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
