Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a warm welcome, memorable moments, and smooth departures for our members and guests. This position requires a deep understanding of our Spa guidelines and policies to maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement the 3 steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewails
• Ensure adherence to Spa guidelines, policies, and procedures for member and guest safety
• Multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Communicate effectively with all business contacts, demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance according to company standards

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays throughout the summer season and through September
• Minimum of 10-15 hours per week required
