Spa Receptionist

Position Summary

The Spa Receptionist at The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort, greets guests, coordinates appointments, and maintains a serene spa environment. This role supports daily spa operations and delivers an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, check them in for services, and provide facility tours as needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and schedule appointments accurately.
• Communicate effectively with spa therapists and leadership regarding schedules, guest preferences, and daily operations.
• Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa front desk, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Stock locker rooms, treatment areas, and guest amenities.
• Absorb and ensure the spa environment remains clean, calm, and welcoming at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and support daily spa operations and special events as needed.

Schedule & Availability

• Approximately 20–30 hours per week.
• Saturday and Sunday availability required.
• Weekday shifts may vary based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Closed attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn spa scheduling systems.
• Previous spa, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred but not required.
