Spa Receptionist
About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a Spa Receptionist (Part Time).
Essential Function Of The Job
- Handle Spa guests with check ins/outs in accordance with hotel credit/cash handling policies in an efficient and friendly manner
- Assist with Spa reservations, assigning therapists with appropriate treatment rooms
- Handle all guest interactions with highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolve guest complaints, assist guests in all inquires in connection with Spa or Hotel services
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors and fellow departments
- Assist with duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Spa Attendant and Pool Attendant
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications And Skills
- An experienced customer service professional with a passion for service and hospitality
- At least 1 year of previous experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
- Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
