Spa Reception Agent/Spa Experience Coordinator (Part Time) - $17/hour service charges & commissions

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for checking guests in at the Spa while maintaining a professional and calm atmosphere. This role is key to creating magical moments for our guests, where every smile, every detail, and every interaction embodies the essence of true hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and friendly attitude to all customers and employees
• Check guests in and out effectively using Spa software
• Meet guest needs related to the fitness room, locker room, and relaxation area
• Maintain knowledge of retail products and services offered in the Spa and Resort
• Maintain a cash bank effectively
• Adhere to on-time attendance and dress code requirements
• Work cooperatively with other departments
• Perform special tasks as requested by the Director of the Spa, Manager, or Supervisor
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the facility daily

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Computer knowledge preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively
