BASIC FUNCTION: Spa Receptionist are responsible for checking guest in at the Spa, while maintaining a professional and calm atmosphere. Essential Functions Provide a professional and friendly attitude to all customers and employeesCheck guest in and out effectively using Spa software.Meet guest needs: fitness room, locker room, relaxation areaKnowledge of retail products and services offered in the Spa and ResortMaintain a cash bank effectivelyOn time attendance and dress code required Marginal Functions Work cooperatively with other departmentsPerform special task as requested by the Director of the Spa, Manager and supervisorMaintain the cleanliness and neatness of facility daily QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE High school graduate or equivalent.Ability to work in a fast paced environmentPrevious experience in customer service preferredComputer knowledge preferredAbility to communicate effectively Property Benefits Employees of The Essex Resort & Spa can take advantage of the many benefits our property provides.
