Spa Reception Agent/Spa Experience Coordinator (Part Time) - $17/hour + service charges & commissions

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for checking guests in at the Spa while maintaining a professional and calm atmosphere. This role ensures a welcoming experience for all guests and supports the smooth operation of spa services.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and friendly attitude to all customers and employees.
• Check guests in and out effectively using Spa software.
• Address guest needs related to the fitness room, locker room, and relaxation area.
• Maintain knowledge of retail products and services offered in the Spa and Resort.
• Manage a cash bank effectively.
• Adhere to on-time attendance and dress code requirements.
• Work cooperatively with other departments.
• Perform special tasks as requested by the Director of the Spa, Manager, or supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the facility daily.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Computer knowledge preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
