Spa - Part Time Female Locker Room Attendant

About the Role

The Female Locker Room Attendant role at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia is dedicated to providing exceptional service in the Fitness Center, exceeding guest and member expectations. This position requires weekend availability and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest and employee safety by proactively reducing injury risks and following emergency procedures.
• Provide accurate information about resort activities, events, and hours of operation.
• Perform deep cleaning and special cleaning services in assigned guest outlets, adhering to procedures and standards.
• Clean and service public areas, including dining outlets, lobbies, and function spaces.
• Maintain a well-organized and stocked supply cart.
• Secure equipment, keys, and supplies issued daily.
• Inspect and report any damage or mechanical issues to equipment in guest rooms and public areas.
• Participate in monthly linen inventories.
• Clean guest rooms as needed and deliver amenities upon request.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Efficient and motivated work ethic.
• Capacity to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
