Women’s Locker Room Attendant (Part-Time)

About the role

Spa Attendants are primarily responsible for the smooth, efficient operation and impeccably neat and clean appearance of the Locker Room Front Desk Reception and Locker Rooms areas. It is the daily function of the Spa Attendant to ensure each area of the locker rooms is fully stocked with products and amenities. Spa Attendants are also responsible for providing world-class guest service to ensure guests receive the Canyon Ranch experience. The department Manager or Assistant Manager will define specific daily functions.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service:
  • Greets guests with a smile and ensures they are checked into the Locker Room in a timely fashion.
  • Takes care of guests' needs, giving each guest a robe, sandals, and a full tour of the Locker Room and facilities.
  • Provides constant interaction with and monitoring of guests to offer products, amenities, and assistance.
• Stocking and Cleaning:
  • Ensures that all areas of the Locker Room are kept impeccably neat, clean, and in safe condition at all times.
  • Ensures that all supplies and refreshments are stocked and available to guests, including but not limited to towels, water, tea, and fruit.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Limited experience required (1-2 years previous experience in the same or related field).

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Schedule

Part-time, weekends, with shift availability from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
