About the role

The Miraval Locker Room Attendant creates a welcoming environment for guests visiting the spa locker room. Duties include assisting guests with robes, towels, slippers, and lockers, ensuring locker room facilities are clean, and maintaining public areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Aid guests with their belongings in the locker room.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of locker room facilities.
• Clean and organize public areas such as the lobby, quiet room, and pool area.
• Ensure each guest feels welcomed and comfortable upon entering the space.

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to engage with people easily.
• Highly self-motivated, with high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Refined verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is helpful but not required.
