Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform massage services for extended periods (6–8+ hours per shift)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Physical stamina to meet the demands of a high-volume spa environment
Seasonal Employment Expectations
- Availability for full-time, 8+ hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to work increased hours based on resort occupancy and demand
- Commitment to maintaining service standards during high-volume periods
- Strong teamwork and adaptability to support seasonal operations

Compensation
- Massage Therapists - Hourly Rate plus 25% commission on service charge when performing the service.
- Front Desk Coordinator - Hourly Rate of $18.00
