Spa Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

• Consistently arrive at work on time each day
• Present a professional appearance
• Communicate clearly and politely with each client
• Communicate professionally and effectively with team members to avoid mistakes and promote morale
• Perform massages & spa treatments booked
• Set‑up, tear‑down, and cleaning of massage room

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited massage school or have passed the National Certification exam for massage therapy
• Montana Massage license
• Massage Insurance
• The ability to commute to work
• The ability to contribute to a high‑functioning team

Pay

We start at 35% commission plus tips. After 1 year of employment we offer opportunities to graduate to 40% and ultimately 45% commission based on reliability and performance.
