Spa Manager | Overland Park, KS

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Train Associates to establish trust and build guest confidence by becoming experts in package sales and products
• Drive sales through effective performance management, goal setting, and leading by example
• Create a culture of excellence in guest service to build brand loyalty
• Take ownership and accountability for creating a positive and safe work environment
• Celebrate positive Associate performance and partner with District Manager to identify performance opportunities for ongoing feedback and development
• Maintain staffing levels, training standards, and team accountability
• Resolve guest issues with professionalism and care
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Implement all promotional and visual marketing moves as directed
• Maintain all brand visual and cleanliness standards
• Adapt quickly to new initiatives and a constantly evolving industry

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in operating POS systems, including appointment scheduling and guest management
• Passion for guest experience and team development
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to address and resolve guest concerns promptly using sound judgment, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand and work on the floor for extended periods of time
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply

Availability

Availability: Tuesday – Saturday (Hours may vary based on business needs)
