Spa Host

Summary

Juniper Preserve, located in Bend, OR, is seeking a Spa Host to join their team. This position is part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities

• Issue spa lockers, robes, and slippers to guests and escort them to the relaxation room.
• Provide orientation and tour of spa amenities, answer guest questions, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized spa environment.
• Stock locker room supplies and maintain accurate supply lists and inventory sheets.
• Review spa appointments regularly and actively promote spa services, treatments, and programs.
• Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously, and assist in all areas of spa operations as requested.
• Communicate any issues involving staff or guests to management and assist in training and staff meetings.
• Book and check out all Spa appointments during shifts, possess full knowledge of Spa menu and computer software, and ensure accurate money handling and linen checks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, with preference for spa or hospitality industry experience.
• Computer literacy sufficient to conduct tasks required, including spreadsheets, Microsoft Windows, and Office knowledge.
