Qualifications At least 18 years old with active California licenses/certifications relevant to the role (e.g., Massage Therapist, Esthetician, Cosmetologist).Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, memorize scripts, and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.Preferred: spa experience, sales skills, bilingual abilities, and computer knowledge. Key duties: Delivering personalized, high-quality spa services, educating Guests, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
