Responsibilities

• Open and close the guest visit in the spa by ensuring an enjoyable, relaxing experience and engaging with guests in a courteous and efficient manner
• Provide genuine greetings and express gratitude at guest departures
• Conduct tours of spa amenities
• Stock areas with essentials and assist guests with any needs or requests
• Coordinate every part of the business, supporting service providers and treating guests with professionalism
• Manage an appointment book and handle a busy phone line at a world-class spa

Requirements

• A warm, engaging presence that makes guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
• A sharp eye for details to keep the day running smoothly
• The ability to stay calm, organized, and helpful during busy periods
• A natural instinct for creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences
• Clear, confident communication with guests and coworkers
• The ability to frequently bend, push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Pay

$26.78 - $30.90 per hour
