Spa Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

As a member of the Glade Spring Spa Front Desk/Reception team, you will work to ensure that guests receive the pampered, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience they are seeking. There's no place like Suncadia—a premier all-season resort tucked away on the sunny slopes of the Cascade mountains. With more than 6,000 acres of forested mountain landscape, Suncadia features 40+ miles of hiking and biking trails, thirty-six holes of golf, a luxury spa, and the 2.2 million-acre Wenatchee National Forest right next door, plus unparalleled activities like outdoor concerts, fine dining, swimming, and more.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones in a friendly and courteous manner, providing information, scheduling appointments, and taking necessary notes
• Complete payment transactions prior to or after a guest’s spa/salon treatment
• Assist in maintaining the professional and clean image of all spa and surrounding facilities
• Communicate all necessary guest information, allergies, and requests to the appropriate service provider
• Book appointments and greet guests upon arrival
• Escort guests to treatment areas
• Use your knowledge to provide information about spa services, treatments, and products

Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience required
• Previous experience in the spa or salon industry preferred
• Industry-related certifications or education a plus

Pay

$18.00/hour
