About the role

We are looking for a permanent, part-time Receptionist / Membership Sales associate with open availability, including days, evenings, and weekends. This is not a seasonal position.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service
• Sell memberships to guests
• Recommend products and services
• Answer phones, greet guests, and process transactions
• Perform general cleaning and laundry duties
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Take charge of every guest’s experience at Massage Heights

Requirements

• Open availability, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Experience in sales and customer service (a plus)
• Experience in the health, wellness, and/or beauty industry (a plus)

Pay

$13.00 per hour. Wages increase with membership sales.
