About the role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, people-loving sales superstars who enjoy assisting guests with recommendations, connecting with them, and locking in new members—all while keeping the vibe fun and positive. Responsibilities
- Sell memberships, gift cards, and Dermalogica retail products to first-time and returning guests.
- Make every guest feel welcome in person and over the phone, ensuring they know how valued they are.
- Help guests schedule elevated services with the right therapist.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals and earning guest trust.
- A bold, outgoing personality that makes guests feel at home.
- Strong software skills and comfort with fast-paced systems.
- Passion for exceptional service and clear communication.
- Availability for varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Pay
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
