Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and retail sales support. - Multitask effectively to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously. - Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor while interacting with customers and team members. - Organize and manage inventory and stock levels. - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing customer wait times. - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

- Customer service oriented. - Results-oriented, metrics-driven. - Basic computer skills. - Ability to multitask. - Outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful personality. - Strong verbal and written communications skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. - MindBody Software experience a plus.
