About the Role

The Spa Concierge team at Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa provides extraordinary personal guest service throughout the guests’ journey, from orientation to our 43,000 square foot facility to ensuring their needs are met during their visit. This role maintains guest areas to reflect a pristine, world-class environment.

Compensation includes an hourly rate plus a portion of the service charge, totaling $19.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Act as a spa ambassador and provide guests with a tour of the facility.
• Maintain a pristine environment in all work areas in accordance with The Spa’s World-Class Guest Standards.
• Report anything that does not meet world-class or 5-star standards to a supervisor.
• Uphold high levels of service standards and remain visible in front-of-house guest spaces to support guests’ needs.
• Assist in back-of-house operations as needed.
• Possess complete knowledge of all Spa services, packages, promotions, and retail products to communicate and promote them to guests.
• Conduct rounds of the entire facility, including the fitness room, every 15 minutes or work assigned Concierge stations during shifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized environment through consistent facility monitoring.
• Enforce spa policies (e.g., electronics-free spa, age restrictions, guest behavior) with supervision to preserve a relaxing atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Must be friendly, personable, and at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
• Must be able to multitask and stand for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
