About the Role

Spa Reception Agents host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. Primary responsibilities include scheduling treatments, guest registration, and processing forms of payments to include room charges, credit cards, and cash. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for Spa reservations whether it is a deluxe spa package or an individual spa treatment. This position is also responsible for making product and treatment recommendations to Spa guests. This individual promotes wellness and serves as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience.

Starting rate: $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule spa treatments and manage reservations for deluxe packages or individual treatments
  • Handle guest registration and check-in processes
  • Process payments via room charges, credit cards, and cash
  • Provide product and treatment recommendations to guests
  • Promote wellness and ensure a relaxing spa experience

Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • Moderate computer skills
  • Food Handlers License preferred
  • Spa reception experience in a Spa Resort or Hotel Spa is a plus
