Spa Concierge (Full-time)

The Spa Concierge is responsible for scheduling spa appointments, greeting and escorting spa guests, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. They will maintain salon operations to maximize guest experience, profit line, and fitness center cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments to maximize revenue and efficiency
• Check in and out salon guests
• Handle cash and credit card payments
• Coordinate large bookings to maximize revenue efficiency
• Help maintain accurate inventory control
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and physical appearance of spa
• Perform prep work and properly restock spa areas as required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• The Colleague is held accountable for all duties of this job and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to twist, bend, and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally
• Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently
