About the Role

Spa Specialists play an important role in supporting vital Spa functions at our hotels, creating memorable and unique guest experiences with Spa services. They take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their experience, whether promoting Spa services or retail, scheduling reservations, confirming appointments, providing service information, checking in guests, or processing payments. Spa Specialists ensure transactions feel like part of the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote Spa services and retail offerings.
• Schedule and confirm guest reservations and appointments.
• Provide detailed answers about Spa services and offerings.
• Check in guests and process payments.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all interactions and services.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication.
• Perform physical tasks, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Manage reservation software, including reading and verifying information.
• Handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds independently and up to 25 pounds with assistance (e.g., moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, placing).
• Perform tasks requiring overhead reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Complete other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
