About the Role

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Spa Desk Associates to join our team at the Equinox Sports Club location in South Bay. This role is ideal for a candidate eager to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. The Equinox Spa is a luscious paradise for the senses, featuring a world-class staff and budget with a commitment to innovative products and techniques, from hot stone therapy to tropical body smoothies.

Responsibilities

• Support daily spa operations under the direction of Spa leadership
• Contribute to the spa’s daily service sales goals by recommending treatments and enhancements to clients
• Work toward monthly retail targets by informing and selling retail products to members and guests
• Support spa-driven club outreach events and programs to promote business growth
• Provide superior customer service to all members, prospects, and guests

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Minimum 3 days per week commitment
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Enthusiastic, upbeat, outgoing, and personable demeanor
• Passion and knowledge of the spa industry
• Ability to multitask and adapt to new techniques and ideas
• Legal right to work in the United States

Pay

$17.87/hour, with the ability to earn additional incentives.
