About the role

The Licensed Spa Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by greeting, orienting, and assisting guests with spa amenities, treatments, and services. They manage daily operations, oversee staff hiring, coaching, and outreach marketing efforts, and ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and orient guests, explaining spa offerings and answering questions
• Promote spa treatments, packages, retail, and programming
• Manage daily operations, including inventory, goals, and budgets
• Interview, hire, and coach staff members
• Handle guest concerns professionally
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized facility

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid California Massage Therapy license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality with enthusiasm
• Efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and money handling skills
• Team-oriented with strong listening skills

Compensation & Benefits
