Spavia is hiring part-time and full-time Guest Advisors. Hourly base $X–$Y + membership sales commissions, retail commissions, and performance bonuses. Actual pay varies by location, schedule, and results; transparent ranges provided at interview.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Provide education and sales recommendations to guests as it relates to treatments, membership, and retail products
• Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
• Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth
