Spa Coordinator

About the role

We are hiring Full‑Time and Part‑Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday. The role involves orchestrating the spa schedule, providing exceptional guest service, supporting the General Manager, and maintaining a clean front‑desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow.
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards.
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience.
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team.
• Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Maintains a clean, professional, and well‑organized front desk environment.
• Is comfortable traveling between Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed.

Requirements

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred.
• Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front‑desk experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.

Compensation

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour.

Full‑Time Spa Coordinators (36+ hours per week) are eligible for a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.

Schedule

Required work days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday (full‑time schedule).
