About the role

Join the internationally recognized Mandara Spa team and help create unforgettable wellness experiences for guests visiting the beautiful Kohala Coast of Hawaii. As the Spa Concierge, you are the first and last impression of the spa experience—welcoming guests, assisting with reservations, and ensuring every visitor receives exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome spa guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage spa reservations and appointments using the spa booking system
  • Answer phones and assist guests with spa services and retail products
  • Provide information about spa treatments, promotions, and amenities
  • Process guest check-ins, payments, and retail purchases
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and reception area
  • Support therapists and spa team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with Mandara Spa standards

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
  • Comfortable answering phones and assisting guests in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn booking systems (Book4Time experience a plus)
  • Retail or spa experience is a plus but not required
  • Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States
