Spa Concierge - PT

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients as they enter the Spa
• Providing clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features
• Aiding clients and guests with proper equipment usage
• Aiding guests with booking treatments, either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area
• Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department
• Monitoring the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and providing direction or instruction when appropriate

Requirements

• Preferred CPR and First Aid certification
• An engaging and welcoming personality
• A strong attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to frequently bend, push/pull, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• A flexible schedule that allows for weekend and holiday work

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with or the ability to obtain a CPR and First Aid certification, someone with an engaging and welcoming personality, someone with a strong attention to detail, someone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, someone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests, someone with excellent communication skills, and someone who can frequently bend, push/pull, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Additionally, a flexible schedule that allows for weekend and holiday work is required.

Pay

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule

This position requires a flexible schedule that allows for weekend and holiday work.
