What You’ll Do Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a memorable first impression.Manage appointments, reservations, check-ins, and checkouts accurately.Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with service recommendations.Educate guests on spa services, enhancements, packages, and gift cards.Support retail sales and help guests select products that complement their spa experience.Coordinate with spa professionals and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.Maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming spa.Process payments and transactions accurately.Assist with booking follow-ups, rebooking guests, and supporting spa promotions.Uphold Woodhouse standards for hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. What We’re Looking For A friendly, polished, and service-oriented personality.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.A professional appearance and a positive, team-focused attitude.Confidence recommending services, retail products, and gift cards.Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, or a spa environment is preferred.
