Responsibilities

• Provides the ultimate guest experience and invokes guest delight.
• Offers personal attention from the moment the guest walks through the door.
• Educates guests on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to locker room and amenities, and ensuring a seamless visit.
• Answers the phone with a smile every time.
• Acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring the guest enters a clean, safe environment with appropriate lighting, music, and scent.
• Remembers small details that make The Woodhouse special—favorite drinks, warm neck wraps, birthdays, anniversaries.
• Serves as backup for the leadership team, ensuring smooth operations when they are occupied with larger tasks.

Skills

• Strong sales experience; comfortable and skilled selling retail products and upgrading guests to higher‑level services, both over the phone and in person.
• Enjoys selling to guests and is effective at it.

Pay

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule

Part‑time position with evening shifts; flexible scheduling available.
