Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome spa guests and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their experience.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Book, modify, confirm, and cancel spa appointments while maximizing therapist availability and spa scheduling
